Kevin Aventura is an author, entrepreneur, and human optimization coach. Growing up, he always felt like no matter what he did, his less-than-optimal health never allowed him to achieve the best version of himself.  This was the reason he obtained his physical therapy degree and pursued further studies in naturopathy and high performance coaching.

Kevin believes that everyone deserves to feel like the superhuman they were designed to be. As a way to follow his vision, he created the NeoHacker community. An online resource where he shares evidenced-based research on biohacking, debunks health misinformation, and empowers others to achieve their health and performance goals.

I instantly got hooked with the cover and the lovely description allied to the fact that the author is donating some money to help fight child hunger.

It arrived in just two days, and in great condition.

Regarding the actual book, I have IBS and was amazing to see a chapter dedicated to it. The author goes the extra mile to try to navigate with you on whatever problem you might be facing, and with simple and smart tips helps you find a way out of your silly overrated and underperforming diet.

Has so many witty jokes in it and so many precious details that entice you to want to read more and learn at the turn of each page, even if the chapter you are reading is not related to what you are looking for at all.
There's a little nice touch at the end of each chapter with a resume of the main points discussed (summary/actions/recommendations) - I found this super useful as some chapters are extremely technical.

The author also used QR codes which for me is the perfect symbiosis between literature and technology. By simply scanning those tiny squares on his pages, you get instant access to more pertaining information on his website too.
Just amazing work!

Highly recommend this book for all those who struggle to find the best diet or program that suits them. He managed to do an amazing literature review and summarize the good and bad of the most famous diets, and then tailor it to your own needs - whatever they might be - trust me!
